This is interview process for Sapient Nitro. First round was written test with questions (40 to 50 questions) in core java, javascript, basic sql and few ejb questions. Second round was technical interview in OOP's concepts, design patterns, multi threading and collections. Third and final was managerial round with project description in which you currently work and behavour test.
