I applied through university.there was a pre placement talk followed by online test. The online test had two sections aptitude and technical.after the online test I was called for technical interview only after clearing that I was called for HR interview

In technical I was asked about design, design software's , basics of automobiles,gas turbines ,material technology and engineering graphics.Also interpersonal questions like tell me about yourself, my pros and cons, something I had achieved in college.
In HR I was asked if I was placed in any other IT companies and if I will complete the Japanese N5 level course. And a few dilemma questions like whether I will choose IT company or Quest global.
Very fast and clear hiring process. Explained everything clearly, both HR team and technical supervisors. I can say that I was fully satisfied and I would recommend to other people

What do you think is the most important think to advance in you job position?
Interview went fine, good questions for the specific background and some were not easy to answer because of the hard difficulty that they had. Also was not sure of the outcome of the interview as i had to wait for a feedback.
Phone Interview, mostly about my current situation. It was for an early career position, they were interested in Junior Engineers, not students looking for an Internship. Got my CV from an online platform.
