Pretty simple, applied online they gave me a call about week later then set up an interview at the division office for a day that worked for me. Once there took a basic math test then spoke to someone and had the formal face to face interview. Oddly enough they had me watch one of those formal videos about the company (that was probably 20 years old) right before the face to face interview.

Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
