QuikTrip interview questions

I applied in late summer 2013. After about a week I received a call from a training manager who scheduled a face to face interview with me. I went to the division office in Mission, KS where I was asked to take a math test. after the test I watched a very old video explaining the company. Then upon completion I waited about 15 min and was called for my interview. The training manager and I went into a small room that seamed like an office. He made it very clear that all of the applicants were asked the same questions. Mostly basic customer service and ethics questions. He then explained that the training process was very regirous and he gave me a free drink coupon and sent me home. Three weeks later I recived a call for orientation! Im a relief assistant manager now, and LOVE it!!

So I applied on Tuesday September 22nd online and I received a call the next day to come in for testing on Thursday September 24th. On testing day I arrived and was prompted to a room to watch a video on QT , which only Made me more excited to work there. After you take a quick math test, it was basic skills. Like adding , multiplying, word problems nothing hard. After I was done the lady at the counter told me that QT had 14 days to decide if they wanted to continue with the interview process. I received a call the next day Friday September 25th to set up a one on one interview for Monday. On the day of the interview I was hella nervous. I arrived about 20 minutes early. As soon as I sat in the chair in the waiting area, it couldn't have been more than 5 minutes a guy came out and called my name. We shook hands and he walked me back to a room with a very large table. He was super nice. He made me feel comfortable. He basically asked me the interview questions. (Just be yourself, they try to get a feel for your personality to see what kind of person you are) it was way easier than I pictured it in my head. After he was done asking me questions he asked me if I had any questions for him, which I sure did. I had like 4 . After he answered my questions he gave me a paper to sign agreeing to a background check ( asked me if I had anything I needed to share that might pop up on the background) and he gave me directions to go get a drug screening. He told me I had 24 hours to get it done. He then told me QT had 14 days to decide if I was going to be offered a position. If I was to get the job they would contact me by phone and if not I would receive a rejection letter in the mail. He handed me a free drink voucher for a fountain drink and sent me on my way. I waited and waited by the phone. I was constantly checking my phone to see if they had called. Finally after 1 week of waiting they called and offered me the position. I accepted and have orientation on Friday . I am super excited and happy that I was chosen.!!! Like I said just be yourself and everything will be fine.
