R.R. Donnelley Hospitality Staff interview questions

Interview process was not too difficult. Went through interviews with a local HR lady and a Customer Service Manager from United States who was responsible for Hong Kong office. Met with a few other customer service representatives. They asked the general questions in which were not difficult. They were all friendly and didn’t give hard times.
