Great interview experience - was initially interviewed by phone one evening which resulted in a plant interview within several days. Very knowledgeable HR staff - learned a lot, everyone I met was friendly and I learned a lot. One of the best interview experiences I have had.

Interview
Visited the facility and met with different managers and engineers for various interviews. Was also given a tour of the facility and everyone was very welcome and there was a great energy and everyone seemed to have a great relationship with other coworkers.

Meet with three interviewers. Standard questions about who you are, what you've done, trying to see how you fit personally. The questions did not get too technical, they did not expect you to be experts in the fields, they wanted to see how you'd grow and how you solve problems.
