Interview
Applied online through job portal and received referral to get an interview. One meeting with two assistant branch managers which lasted about one hour. After I did the interview I got a call back within 2 weeks but they couldn't offer me the position immediately due to some other staffing issue. They called back in about 1.5/2months to offer me the position.
A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.

the interview is easy. 1st with HR, 2rd with a branch manager. Most questions are behaviour questions and experience related to customer services and sales. The interview is quite quick, just 15-20 minutes
