Interview
It was an online, prerecorded interview. They asked questions about my experience and motivations. None of the questions were terribly difficult. They asked a lot of questions about experience in the outdoors.

What is an example of a time that you had to be adaptable in the workplace?
Group interviews were friendly and well managed. Staff were kind and understanding. Good and thoughtful interview process. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere at the store and when speaking with the interviewers.
The interview process was simple and over the phone. Then I went in person. She was very nice, but the store manager was a bit off. Ultimately, it just wasn't a good fit.
Submitted resume online then they wanted me to do a really stupid video interview where I answer questions from a prompt and video record myself giving answers. Just schedule a normal interview you idiots.
