There was a 5 stage process: initial application form, online test (numerical and SJT), hirevue, an online assessment centre, and an in-person assessment centre.
The online assessment centre had a partner welcome, 2 group tasks (with 2-3 others), and an individual 15 minute task. Online AC was about 3 hours.
The in-person AC had 2 group tasks (with 2-3 others), an individual interview, and the rest of it was speaking to grads on RSM schemes. This was also about 3 hours.
The process was very time-consuming. Also, their in-person assessment centres are regionally based, so dependent on where you’ve applied you might have to travel to a different city. They do provide expensing for the in-person AC for travel, but not accommodation which could be an issue as their ACs start in the morning.
I think the in-person AC is only for consulting, not tax or audit.
