Interview
I was asked about past experiences and university experiences. The interviewers were really good at asking the right questions and describing the job role.
Some of the questions included why the company, the role, what do you know about the role and how have your experiences shown why you would be a good fit
Online assessment followed by a video interview. The final stage was an online assessment with a partner and a director, this lasted for about 90 mins. I also had to do a presentation.

Interview
The hiring process follows all the major accounting firms. There was numerical and non verbal test. The next stage was a video interview. I applied quite early (oct/nov) and received a video interview in march. Very friendly staff, it’s best to just be yourself and leverage your skills.
