I applied in-person. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Fort Worth, TX) in Sep 2022
Interview
I walked and was asked a series of questions by employer. Most of the questions were about me personally they had nothing to do with the job specific duties. They were gauging how I was as a person during the interview process.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you handled a difficult situation.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was

Welcome to the Gainesville Crew!! We appreciate you sharing your interview experience.
I had to call the restaurant for them to even see my application, but once they did I got an application within that week. I was accepted on the spot and then had to go to orientation with another new person.
