I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rapid Response Monitoring in Jan 2015
Interview
I was asked to come in 15-20 minutes early for a typing test. I was told that there was a minimum of 30wpm (with at least 90% accuracy) required to continue with the interview process.
After passing the typing test I was formally interviewed. The questions were very basic and easy. Much easier than any interview I have done before. Take advantage of the "Do you have any questions for me?" because they leave out a lot of details and I think they expect good candidates to ask questions.
After this I was taken upstairs to observe an employee for 15 minutes or so as she actually performed the job I was interviewing for. This was a nice experience and helped me get an understanding for the position.
After this I had to take another test which was basically an IQ test. Checking for vocabulary and math skills. Timed and not designed to be finished (50 progressively harder questions 15 minute timer)
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Rapid Response Monitoring (Syracuse, NY) in Aug 2011
Interview
Explained what I would do as a team player and what my role was and how one can move up the corporate ladder .Did not tell us how serious some of the calls would be.
