I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Raymond James Financial (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Mar 2018
Interview
The first step was the HireVue online where you had three attempts to answer each question. All behavioral and scenario questions. Second, was a phone interview. Just asking about my resume and hourly. Third, was an on-site interview with Raymond James. Literally, no one questions were asked of me and it was more of just chatting. The interviewer told me I would not hear from them if I didn't get the job. A week later I received an email from HR asking to chat. Excited that I heard from them, I thought I got the job. I set up the phone call which was only available four days later. The phone call came and all she said was how I didn't get the job because this particular role was competitive but no actual feedback on anything other than I need more experience.. Aka why I wanted an internship here to learn experience. Not sure what amount of accounting experience would have prepared me to enter data into spreadsheets. So unprofessional to get someones hopes up like that just to shut them down. An email would have been fine.
