First a 15 minute telephone interview and then a 45 minute video call. Done by the external recruiters Dartmouth partners. Questions were mostly behavioural but with some technical and commercial awareness too.

Applied online and resume dropped. Not networking. A month or so later got Online zoom interview of 30 min with one vp and an analyst. It’s mostly behavioral with some basic technical questions. They usually cut to the chase.

Fulfilled an online form with general questions aimed at understanding general and cultural fit of the candidate in the firm. Did not advance to later stage so I cannot comment on the whole recruitment process. The initial candidate screening is done via a recruitment agency which provides a practical platform to submit CV, education information, previous job information and answer the abovementioned questions.
