The interview process began with a standard screening call, where I engaged with a recruiter who was not only amiable but also displayed a strong understanding of their role. The second round involved a more general discussion with the hiring manager, during which we delved into my professional background. Unfortunately, I did not progress past this stage and was ghosted. However, during the initial stages, the recruiter had provided me with a detailed overview of the subsequent rounds. They mentioned that the third and fourth rounds would involve technical "case study" interviews, with one focusing on data/Excel proficiency, and the other centered around SEO capabilities. The fifth round was described as a behavioral interview, designed to assess cultural fit. The final, sixth round would be a meeting with either the Director or VP, who would then make the final hiring decision.
