It wasn't anything unexpected. I had a phone screening, then an in-person interview at the store, and finally a second in-person interview. I talked to three different people including a key holder and the regional manager. Heard back a week later with an offer.

Of any retail store you could work for, why are you applying to Reformation?
One group interview in person. Very informal and conversational, just getting to know you and making sure you are a good fit for brand and customer facing role. They were good about making sure everyone got the chance to speak and facilitating a positive group environment.

Interview
Very easy, messaged the store manager on LinkedIn when a job was posted and was contacted quickly about setting up an interview. Very typical interview and quite laid back, not stressful at all if you are confident in your skills.
Super quick and typical. Met with one of the Sales Supervisors and was asked typical questions like how to deal with certain customer scenarios and how I work with a team.
