The interview process, while pleasant, was LONG. Like, VERY long. There is a video call with the recruiter, then a competency test, then a technical interview, then multiple behavioral/IQ tests and a writing sample, then an in-person behavioral/technical interview all spread over the course of a month and change. Everyone I interviewed with was incredibly kind and professional. In technical interviews, they have a focus on hearing your critical thinking and guiding you to the right answer if you don't know it immediately. There are a fair bit of definition based questions, but I know for a fact I missed a few of those so I would say the focus is more on the 'how would you respond to this situation' type questions. Overall, you need a fundamental understanding of cybersecurity to make it through these interviews, but I found the process quite easy and enjoyable, albeit very long for an entry level position.
