Interview
Chat with head of people - good
Chat with head of engineering - good
Chat with CTO - gruelling. My back hurt from carrying the conversation - just a series of passive-aggressive 1-2 word responses to questions.
If you don't want to be in an interview, have someone else do it instead of being blatantly hostile to the candidate. Total waste of time.

Question 1
I don't have anything, what questions do you have for me?
Sorry to hear you did not have a good experience! We tend to spend the final interview in Engineering on questions you have and not the other way around. I know this is unusual, but overall, it has resulted in hiring a really great engineering team.
We focus on objective feedback, that will continue to support us in improving our hiring experience.

Interview
Great interview process with Remote.com. The process involved multiple interviews via zoom. I was interviewed by the recruiter and by the head of people. Both interviewers were very friendly. Seemed to be an open and transparent company.
