I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Republic Services (Arlington, TX) in Jun 2015
Interview
Very lengthy - started with executive recruiting firm, two phone interviews with company human resource representatives, and finally face-to face interviews with HR and executive management panel (4 separate interviews). HR department was very thorough and quite professional. There were, however significant gaps in how long the process took overall. Scheduling the face-to-face panel discussions took over a month in itself.

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Republic Services in Jan 2024
Interview
This is a lengthy process that involves several stages, each designed to thoroughly evaluate the candidate's qualifications and fit for the organization. It typically begins with an initial screening interview conducted by a recruiter or HR representative to assess basic qualifications and cultural fit. Following this, candidates proceed to interviews with various department heads and team leaders, where they are evaluated on their technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and relevant experience. As candidates advance, they engage in more in-depth discussions with senior executives, culminating in a final interview with the CEO. This comprehensive approach ensures that candidates are assessed from multiple perspectives within the leadership hierarchy, providing a well-rounded evaluation of their potential contributions to the company.
