The interview process was fairly straightforward! Recruiter will call, and get a good feel for your communication skills and professionalism, and send you a link to the Tech Evaluation. There is a study guide included in the interview; READ IT. Seriously, study the guide, and do some extra reading on Java/C# if unfamiliar. Now, if you make it through the eval and recruiter interview, you'll set up a phone interview with the hiring manager, who will check your soft skills and give you a lot of info about what they expect from you, and what to expect from them. If all goes well, and you can agree to these terms, they will offer you the job and give you a start date for training!
