Applied online. Received and email asking to set up a phone interview time. Set up a time to be contacted by the interviewer. It was a pleasant phone interview and I aced it pretty easily. ASked very basic questions and was a very relaxed setting.

Interview
30 minute in person interview, then two 45 minute panel interviews. My impression is that the most important things are competence and genuine interest in the position.

Interview
The whole process took around 4 weeks and overall it wasn't the bad. The Job is a good place to start if you think sales is right for you, and should definitely consider it if you are coming out of college. The first interview tends to be a phone interview followed by skype and then a face to face one all average difficulty.
