The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Jun 2012
Interview
I got an email requesting me to take an aptitude test on site since I live in the same city. I was told before hand that if you did well enough on the test that you would get an interview on the spot and if you got sent home that means you did not get the job. So I showed up in a jacket and tie for the test. You are "supplied" scratch paper and a pencil for the test. I was never given these things nor told where they were so I decided to try my best without. Needless to say I did poorly since most of the word problems were busy questions and I do math much better on paper than in my head. I later found out that the paper was in another cubicle but I was never told and I didn't bother to look around the room I just sat at the first available computer.
I got sent home and shortly after was told that they would pursue other candidates. I highly recommend to anyone taking the test to either ask where the paper is or to look for it before beginning the test.

Reached out by a recruiter to complete an online personality assessment. The assessment took about 30 minutes to complete and it consists of basic math and reasoning questions and personality questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Jun 2025
Interview
Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
