I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Detroit, MI) in Jan 2022
Interview
Long personality test with extremely antiquated lines of questioning. Getting through the online tests was demoralizing due to the general attitude of the test questions. It felt like I was interviewing for a job in 1950, where the purpose of the questions was to ensure that I was ready and willing to comply with ancient bureaucracy and awful work culture. Often questions had political implications that rubbed me the wrong way, like asking if I thought poor people were poor because they were lazy.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
A few days after doing the initial application, which includes an aptitude test and personality/ethics test, I had to go take the tests in person and then do a Skype interview in a small conference room. Seems unnecessary to make us go to the facilities for something I could have done at home. Three days after the interview I received a call for the final interview, I was then told the range of salaries, which was way too low so I did not proceed with the interview.
