RingCentral Senior Manager, Channel Enablement interview questions

Was contacted via LinkedIn by a corporate recruiter and had a standard screening call. That call went well and a phone interview was set up with the hiring VP. I did my research and have friends in the company that gave me some great insight. I've done channel enablement and training for a long time and had all the boxes checked. I again felt like that call went well and was told that I would be contacted in a few days with next steps. And then...nothing. No response to my Thank you email, nor to the 2 emails to the recruiter. I totally get it if I'm not a fit, but it is so unprofessional to not even respond. I heard from my friend later that someone was hired - with no channel enablement experience.
