I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Rockwell Automation (Ontario, CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
The interview process consisted of
1. Introduction from the Hiring HR Partner (30 mins)
2. Hiring Manager screening (30 mins)
3.1 Interview with peer of role (45 mins)
3.2 Interview with Business Partner (45 mins) times number of BP's
3.3 Interview with the Finance Director (45 mins)
3.4 Interview with the Hiring Manager (45 mins)
4 Eight months silence and zero feedback
After spending almost a full day in these interactions scheduled back to back, be prepared to receive no feedback from the HR or Hiring Manager.
Multiple followups went unanswered.
Rejection with no feedback sent 8 months after and position continued to be open on platforms and career portal.
Maybe a good company but be ready to be patient with this approach of hiring (not something I recommend or support) instead of screening one level at a time. Absolute waste of Candidate and Corporate time.

Question 1
Situation based question: how would you manage the overly stocked inventory?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rockwell Automation (Milwaukee, WI) in Sep 2012
Interview
Very long. RA wanted to make sure that all stakeholders had a chance to meet and interview me prior to making a final decision. It started with a phone screen, followed by an onsite with the hiring manager, then three more phone interviews with managers and finally a flight to meet to the VP and give a presentation.
