As other reviewers have mentioned, the recruiting is an absolute joke. I waited a week for a scheduled interview...the day came and went with no contact from the recruiter as scheduled. Two days later I received an email from the recruiter telling me to "pick another day". No apology, no "I'm sorry that I missed our scheduled interview", etc. The recruiter did not care at all.
