Interview
Started by asking basic questions pertaining to prior work experience and titles at other previous jobs. Then followed up with asking scenario based questions. A background check was performed, everything during the internet was pretty straightforward in my opinion.

Question 1
“Let’s say you’ve trained an employee on a task, after several times of speaking and demonstrating the proper way to do the task the employee still has yet to perform it correctly, what do you do”?
easy, very friendly, not much questions she asked, friendly staff. Fast paced environment, do not be afraid to ask questions. much responsibility must be ready for the unexpected always overall easy
it was alright now too much, had 2 rounds of interview one on the phone and one in person. heard back in about 3-4 days and started training immediately. Training was definitely half done and had to figure out the rest on my own.
