The process is quite long, communication with HR was unsatisfactory (I was initially given inaccurate information, both about the salary and the selection process) and delayed by the large hourly difference between EMEA and the US (they do not use direct booking links). After spending a total of almost five hours on this selection process, I was rejected at the last step, without receiving any kind of specific feedback.
I would have appreciated receiving a few more details, so that I could at least use this experience to improve, so I asked for more information and was left with no answer.
In any case, my background in sales was not appreciated.
