      Anonymous employee
      San Antonio, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ryan (San Antonio, TX) in May 2016

      Interview

I had a phone interview, then I had to take a few online tests. One in person interview, and a week later I received a job offer. The background check is pretty rigorous and takes quite a while so be prepared for that.

      Administrative Assistant Interview

      Oct 9, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Ryan

      Interview

The interview experience was very discouraging. The process took much longer than it should have. The talent acquisition contact I was working with was not pro-active. I would have to continuously leave messages without a callback. Due to nepotism, there was also difficulty with the hiring process. Once I finally started, it was hard to be excited to begin work.

What was a difficult or problem situation you encountered with a customer and how did you resolve it?
