SLK Group Application Support Engineer interview questions

SLK group is a leading technology service provider company. Mr. M who interviewed me for the final round was nice, cool and calm person. Had all the questions based on ITIL process and ITSM tools. Web Services and platforms, Unix commands and working with application support, sql queries and troubleshooting an issue and providing resolutions on different scenarios were the priority. Looks like company has built itself up from ground and achieved a status in Global IT industry based on knowledge and understanding. 👍 Thumbs up👍
