Applied online and recieved an email for a phone interview. The phone interview was part of the screening process. Following that, I recieved a face-to-face interview within the next week. Fairly quick process.

On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being flip flops and shorts and 10 being suit and tie), what type of attire do you desire to work.
Awesome process. Great People. Meet with a few of the HR/Hiring Managers in a zoom meeting. Great open discussion. Be prepared to talk about qualifications. Post interview offer with 1-3 business days.

Depends on position your are applying for, will likely meet with numerous people including HR and hiring manager. Every position will be different though, and most interviews are laid back and friendly.
