Unexpected interview process just the time.
I reached by 2.20 and wait till 4 and I got one Subjective 16 question paper and 4 A4 size blank paper. Approx time is given 45 min.
As 4.4 Yrs Experience not expected this lengthy 16 Question subjective paper.
After completed the written exam in first round said i have budget of 6.5 CTC we can't offer beyond i said ok. Now cleared for second round.
In second round one lady came for ask about my project and whatever written in resume then she started to discuss about package and asking for capital market domain and now she stuck in between and finally rejected and said standard line Hr will get back to.
Why expecting for Capital market experience in second round the what basis they shortlisted the resume and what he checked in screening.
I will never go for interview for this company totally my one day leave waisted.
