Apply, phone interview, in person interview, then they will offer your the job. Its not bad very typical. It would probably be good to study common interview questions they love to ask those.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had a disagreement with your boss and how did you handle it.
Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.
You get contacted by the recruiter who works with the department director. You would interview with the director and often an interview with a few of the staff from the department.

Interview
Recruiter described unit, set up interview with nurse manager. Interviewed with nurse manager, and then with a peer. Shadowed on unit following interview. A few days later, received offer from recruiter.
