Applied through Linkedin by submitting a resume. Corporate recruiter called about 3 weeks later to set up an initial phone screen- said there should be some quick activity around the position and would set something up the next week. Well that week went by and the next week went for a FTF with the District Manager. the DM wanted to set me up for the final phase, which was an interactive assessment and included the DM, HR, and another Ops manager. Had to prepare a powerpoint presentation for the group. The assessmant was basically two role-plays with the HR guy. well, even to get to this point it took over two months- i had to keep following up with the DM just to see if I was still even being considered as a candidate. Felt like I was being given the run-around up until I finally got the assessment scheduled.
