Applied Online, got a call later that day to come in for an interview. Super laid back and casual interview. Hiring manager read off a script, answered some basic questions and got an offer on the spot.

They ask about your hours and questions like if you can work with people in a team or alone, they also are a union and do weekly pay, it’s a easy interview process at least for me
