Absolutely pleasant interview with all the members of the team.
The process is an initial call with the recruiter to get an initial sense of the candidate and if you have what is required to take on the roll.
The following is a 30 minute phone interview with the Hiring Manager. A mix of professional experience questions and behavioral/situational. If the manager is satisfied, you will be going to the next interview.
Since my role necessitated another language, I was invited to do a mock call with a member of the team in that language. Once that is passed you go on the final interview with the Director of Sales and another Manager.
If everything went well, they will send you an email to check your references. Once they have called them and everything went well, you will receive a call from the hiring manager congratulating you that you have received an offer.

Question 1
Can you describe a time you had a challenge and how did you adapt quickly to the situation?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Samsara (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2026
Interview
Was messaged by a recruiter for the position. Throughout the interview process, HR, mgmt, and recruiters were incredibly helpful and very responsive (more so than any other company I have interviewed for). The interview process was a phone screen, then a behavioral interview, then a panel that included several small interviews and mock calls. It wasn't extremely challenging, but management wants to make sure you know your stuff and can think on your feet. Everyone was very professional and kind, which makes me excited to join the team.
I applied online. I interviewed at Samsara in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process, at least for this position, was fairly easy. However, it was the lack of clarity from the HR department that made me ultimately not accept their offer.

Question 1
Do a mock cold call as if you were pitching to a Director of Operations

Interview
The process began with an introductory call and interview, then a secondary interview, and finally an interview that included a mock cold call that judged off how coachable you are as a potential employee. Everybody I interacted with was extremely supportive and encouraging throughout the whole process, making me feel very comfortable and open with them.
