2 phone interviews; that's as far as I got. The first phone interview was great and I got along with the interviewer really well. In fact, she was excited to get the 2nd interview scheduled right away. The 2nd interviewer was actually quite rude and didn't believe me when I told her that my previous employer's commission structure had changed. From that point on, it was a lost cause.

Standard interview. Everyone was very nice. Applied online, got called for a phone interview. 2 weeks later that called me in for a face to face meeting. Half way through interview I got to sit with a salesperson on the floor that gave me a rundown of an average day.

Interviewed on the phone and then went in for face to face. Had the job explained to me and got a tour of the sales floor. Interview was with 2 group leaders. Very professional and organized.

Interview
Simple phone interview then you would meet at the Dallas office and speak with two of their higher up Sales/Broker Team Managers. They will ask questions that they have laid our for you about your resume and a little about you personally.
