ScottishPower Graduate Transmission Engineer interview questions

Questions were "tell me about a time you had to solve a critical problem" .It is difficult to list out all questions since it was more conversational. but the gist of questions were on "solving problem, making decisions, managing time". It ended with a self assessment on time management, communications, critical thinking, leadership, time management, etc to rate yourself from 1 to 5, and justifying your rating.
