Semrush Account Management interview questions

Semrush is posting open sales roles in APAC and EMEA. It got my interest after noticing multiple roles posted, often enough. That was a hint. I went through registration on their sites (mandatory to apply), and uploaded documents etc. Of course, I received a negative answer from their HR team pretty fast. Those roles do not exist!! Semrush is just posting open roles to gather exposure and interest, nothing else. Do you consider this strategy as white of black hat? I keep my opinion for myself, be the judge.
