Question 1
How would you resolve conflicts between designers and developers.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sendoso (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview process was smooth. It started with a chat with the recruiter to learn about the role and relevant experience. I met with the hiring manager, a member of the team and a cross team panel over 3 interviews. Everyone I talked to was extremely professional, kind, curious and helpful. The hiring manager was decisive with making an offer. My schedule was actually the biggest bottle neck in the process. The interviews were 100% virtual.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sendoso (Dublin, Dublin) in Apr 2022
Interview
The hiring manager was very pleasant and upon successful screener interview I was given a Starbucks giftcard!
The engineer who I done my coding interview with was also extremely pleasant.
The coding interview was straightforward and the question was manageable.
My only complaint would be that a good portion of the coding interviews time was used up by talking.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sendoso
Interview
Scheduled a zoom interview, the recruiter never showed up. They apologized and rescheduled, then never showed up to that call. They apologized again, rescheduled one more time and they didn't show up to that call either. Extremely unprofessional.

Question 1
No questions asked as they repeatedly failed to show up to our scheduled interviews.
