Mass interview and selection pool, took us through the basics of the job, what might be expected, and introduced us to the proper people. 15 minute one on one interview process that went through the normal interview questions, i.e. how did you hear of us? what are your qualifications and so on and so forth.

The hiring process for Sentara Healthcare was very thorough. It was a very pleasant process, it was handled quickly and efficiently. The interview asked many questions but all were very relevant to the position.
