Spoke to a recruiter to discuss the role, benefits, pay and my skillset and fit. Pretty straightforward and the recruiter was friendly and answered all of my questions with a lot of details. I moved on to the next step and met with the head of IT. He was friendly, smart and was transparent about expectations, the role and company's growth.
