I had my first round for staff today. I cancelled my important office call just to make time for this interview. Recruiter was kind enough to confirm if I was sure of the same , but I took that decision because I was interested in the company.
The Interviewer was from Prague and was 30 minutes late in the call. I was asked to design my latest project architecture. I went on to describe the same but was interrupted by the interviewer to go into tech solutions within a few minutes of talking about business solutions.
This was followed by continuous interruptions by the interviewer. The questions were not phrased properly and abstract questions needing exact answers were being asked, which also is not the problem here.
The problem is after every question , while I was answering, the interviewer continuously interrupted me. I have never in my career heard the words "stop stop stop" continuously for one hour.
I am surprised and disappointed in the way a senior manager of your company is taking interviews. The continuous interruptions are very disheartening and off balancing for a candidate - who is interested in the company.
