HR was supposedly too busy to take the call, so I spoke with someone else on the team who seemed to have no interest at all and came unprepared. Only asked to go over my resume and asked me nothing else. I tried to engage with the interviewer by asking many questions, and only received generic, bland answers, which gave me the impression they didn't really like their job that much, nor did they care about the company the worked for. I left the call with a pretty bad impression of the company, which is unfortunate because I really thought Sephora was a nice place to work for.
People were great. Though the zoom connection was iffy at times. Overall, I was happy with the process. Typical 3 to 4 rounds. It was weird that they asked me to take a test prior to moving on to one of the next rounds.

4 Interviews with team for the final round. (45 minutes each)
Very kind people on the team and smooth interview process, but after the final round interview, I didn't receive any further contact. After two weeks, I reached out to see whether a decision had been made about my candidacy, and I was told I didn't get the role, but no
feedback was given. This was a bit disappointing considering how much time I spent interviewing for the role.
