Recruiter zoom call and asks questions about your experiences with "tell me about a time when", they were nice. Then next (final) interview is 60 minutes with a panel of 3: Sr. SWE, Staff SWE, and Sr. Manager of SWE. They will be from the team you specified interest in. Mine was for the Infrastructure team. The interview is half behavioral and half technical. Weird thing was that although the job location was in California, all of those interviewers were based in India and had strong accents. Made it difficult to relate and understand them. They will take turns interviewing you, Staff SWE will ask questions about your resume about industry experience and projects. Thing that sucked was they didn't even ask me about my recent experiences (within 1 year) they straight up asked me about stuff from over a year ago and demanded metrics as if I would remember them. My latest experiences were even very relevant to their team so that sucked. Sr. SWE will give you a coding problem. Mine felt like a leetcode easy. Problem was that they don't really talk when you code, like I was explaining my thought process and asked them what they thought but they just kept silent and said "mmh mmh". It also didn't help that the problem required manually writing a long mapping, so there were moments of silence as I typed out the whole mapping. After the technical, the manager will ask some questions about the company like why ServiceNow and let you ask questions. They sort of cut me off often whenever someone finished talking and I was gonna follow up, but they probably didn't do it intentionally. Overall bad experience with 2nd round interview which probably varies per team.
