Interview
A cognitive test covering numerical skills, verbal skills and abstract reasoning, 25-30min to complete. They are not difficult, you should just give quick response due to the limited time.
A ‘working styles’ assessment - no time no pressure, just your honest responses.
Video Interview - 5 STAR based competency questions. You will be given 5 mockup video interview questions for preparation, which is really helpful and useful, as real interview questions are related to them. Also, I suggest you read more about Shell company values etc.
Shell’s interview process usually begins with online assessments and progresses to a Final Assessment, which includes a business case study presentation and a behavioral interview. The first round is a recorded video interview. You need to record some videos based on their questions. There were 3 questions or me, which is not very unique. About your project, your interest in Shell.
