Process was a little long for what the position was. First was an interview with HR. I was under the impression that this was to "talk more about the role" but was a full out interview. Then about a week later, got an interview with two individuals I would be working with closely. This one took the longest but was formatted in an interesting way. I was to go back to my three last roles and speak about my responsibilities, greatest accomplishments, what my boss would say about me in said role and why I left. Then the final interview was two more individuals from a different team. This one had no questions about my experience per say. They were kind of abstract questions that really threw me off. One question was what was the most creative thing you have done within your role? Kind of silly considering the role's main job is to be creative. A lot of questions about my failures as well. Same question asked over like three times. Last interview was really unnecessary and intense, considering this role only needed two years of prior experience.
