Considering the company is trying to transform from traditional Siemens to more attractive Siemens Energy - their recruitment process did not reflect that at all. Very poor candidate experience, overall: - Mistakes with the interview set-up - Unstructured interviews - Never responded on the time to any of my emails - No feedback, even as a shortlisted candidate
