This was a video interview. It started off with basic questions and gradually got into more detail. It didn't go too much into detail. It just grabbed basic concepts for the position.

When given a one line, what are PTs, CTs, CPTs? What are the protective relays in the one-line diagram? What is load current at a particular place.
Alors, chez Siemens à Zoug, le processus d’entretien est plutôt classique. D’abord, tu postules en ligne, puis si ton profil plaît, les RH te contactent pour un premier entretien assez général. Ensuite, tu passes un ou deux entretiens plus techniques avec le manager ou l’équipe, où ils veulent surtout voir si ton expérience colle au poste et si le feeling passe. C’est assez professionnel, parfois un peu long, mais globalement très respectueux et bien organisé.
