I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Silicon Valley Bank (Newton, MA) in Dec 2018
Interview
Applied through university job portal and heard back for on-campus interview opportunity. It was mostly behavioral about past experiences that demonstrate the core values of SVB. I was able to move on to the next/final round of interview in which I was invited to their office at Newton, MA. The interview lasted from 9 am sharp to 1 pm with 4 interviewers (hiring team + employee), a "business case" and a hour-long lunch with current ADP associate and ADP graduate. Lunch "interview" was mostly about personal stuffs/experiences through which they were trying to get you know as a person.
